在实验上观察到硝酸钡晶体中Burgers矢量为a<110>螺位错的双折射端点象(Viewed end-on)。测定了双折射象中等强度曲线的形状与分布,得到了a<110>螺位错端点象的消光规律,并对上述结果进行了理论解释。
Labeled end-ons with Burgers vectors of a <110> threading dislocations were observed experimentally in barium nitrate crystals. The shape and distribution of mid-intensity curves of birefringence were measured. The extinction law of a <110> screw-tip endpoints was obtained, and the above results were explained theoretically.
