目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定伤痛宁胶囊中延胡索乙素的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。Kro-masil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以甲醇-水-三乙胺(65∶35∶0.5)为流动相;检测波长为280 nm;体积流量为0.80 mL/min;柱温为室温;进样量为20μL。结果延胡索乙素在0.250～8.00μg/mL线性良好,平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为2.43%。结论本方法操作简便,准确,灵敏,为伤痛宁胶囊的质量控制建立了方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Jiaotongning Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography. Kro-masil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-water-triethylamine (65:35:0.5) as mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 280 nm and a volume flow rate of 0.80 mL / min. Temperature is room temperature; injection volume is 20μL. Results Tetrahydropalmatine was linear at 0.250-8.00 μg / mL with the average recovery of 100.24% and RSD of 2.43%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive to establish a method for the quality control of JTT capsule.
