目的：探讨针对性护理对慢性胃溃疡患者的临床效果。方法选取我院接受治疗的慢性胃溃疡患者100例，随机将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上加以针对性护理干预，对两组患者的护理效果进行观察比较。结果观察组患者护理效果优于对照组，两组患者在治疗效果与护理满意率上存在显著差异(<0.05)，结果具有统计意义。结论对慢性胃溃疡患者实施针对性护理可促进患者康复，提高患者护理满意率。“,”Objective To study the clinical ef ect of targeted nursing on chronic gastric ulcer patients. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic gastric ulcer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group patients. Control group received conventional nursing, on the basis, the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention, nursing ef ect of two groups was observed. Results The nursing ef ect of observation group is bet er than control, significant dif erences of two groups in the therapeutic ef ect and nursing satisfaction rate was statistical significance ( <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing can promote chronic gastric ulcer patients recovery, improving patient satisfaction.
