目的：探讨综合护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的影响。方法收集我院诊断为的高血压的老年患者，分为两组，研究组和对照组，各128例，研究组给予护理干预，对照组给予高血压常规护理。比较研究组和对照组入院时及出院时的血压水平及高血压并发症情况。结果研究组和对照组入院时收缩压、舒张压水平差异无统计学意义(>0.05)，研究组和对照组出院时收缩压、舒张压水平差异有统计学意义(<0.05)；研究组和对照组高血压并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论综合护理能明显改善老年高血压患者血压水平，降低高血压并发症的发病率。“,”Objective To explore the ef ect of comprehensive nursing care on elderly patients with high blood pressure and blood pressure complications. Methods Elderly patients with hypertension diagnosed by our hospital were divided into research group and control group, 128 cases in each, the research group were given nursing intervention, control group were given high blood pressure routine care. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can obviously improve the old patients with high blood pressure, blood pressure levels, and reduce the incidence of complications of hypertension.
