作者报告了一例在建筑公司从事绞车和搅拌机作业的工人发生了多发性硬皮病情况及其有关的劳动条件。本例女工58岁,系5年工龄。于1971年发病,先是两手手指变硬,右食指出现雷诺氏症状。1972年起,易患感冒、自觉疲劳并有胃肠道症状。在某职业病医院就诊并做血管造影、皮肤活检等检查,诊断为多发性硬皮病。终因症状加重而离职,1973年住院治疗,两拇指给予寒冷刺激后发紫,其它8个手指均有雷诺现象,左中指指尖发生了感染性溃疡。1978年进行手术切除,并转院治疗。
