各位代表:(一)省府召开全省土产会议还是第一次,其意义非常重大。出席代表的范围很广泛,有政府、国营、合作、私营,私营又有各行各业与出进口商及产、运、销代表,并有与经营土产有关系的银行、税务、铁路等各部门代表集聚一堂,集思广益,共同研究山东土产销售问题。因此,请大家多交流山东土产经营情况,研究推销办法,相互供给材料,交流经验。因为土副产品是庞大的、复杂的、分散的,其困难和解决办法也是多种多样的,须要共同研究克服困难,尤其希望具有丰富经验的生产者和经营者多贡献宝贵意见,使滞销土产达于畅销,无销路者找到销路,以刺激农业的恢复和发展,从而促进工商业的发展,达到活跃城乡贸易。用一句话来概括,研究和解決山东土产的销路问题,就是这次大会总的要求和目的。
