A message of blessing, a message of an expectation! Each message is the transmission of love of fire in Tibet. The Tibet Autonomous Region was formally established on September 1, 1965, and now it has lasted for 50 years. Over the past 50 years, with the concern and support of the CPC Central Committee and State Council and the people throughout the country, tremendous changes have taken place in Tibet. Economic development, improvement of people’s livelihood, cultural prosperity, ethnic harmony, social stability, happiness of the people and good ecology are all under way. In the past 50 years, the fire control system in Tibet has also gone from scratch, from small to large, and from weak to strong. June 1993 to December 2000, me
