自83年以来我科用山莨菪碱治疗三叉神经痛共23例,经过观察疗效满意,报告如下:1.病例资料:23例均为未做过神经封闭治疗,其中男性19例,女性4例、最小年龄43岁最大年龄78岁,三叉神经第二枝15例、第三枝8例。2.治疗方法:常规耳前区消毒,局部注射0.5毫升普鲁卡因,3分钟后用5号针头注入山莨菪碱10毫克。(第二枝按园孔注射方法,第三枝按卵园孔注射方法。)注射后用无菌棉球压迫针眼3分钟左右、隔日一次。3.疗效观察:本组23例注射1—5次全部有效(附表)。注射后无不良反应,23例中一年复发者4例,
