这一期的社会网研究专栏是“中国社会学会社会网暨社会资本研究专业委员会”接受“战略管理”徐二明总编邀请而特别制作的。杨松负专栏主编之责,罗家德、杨松、宋华与冯云霞四位理事会成员承担了编辑的任务,从学会第五次“社会网暨关系管理研究研讨会”的四十多篇与管理有关的论文中,特别挑出相关论文,经审稿修改后集结成此专栏。另外,我们还邀请了在国内外社会网研究中颇有声誉的边燕杰教授提供他的论文,并作为本期的特别介绍人物。社会网研究早在20年前即由社会学界传人管理学界。营销领域称之为关系管理(RelationshipManagement),因为一对一顾客关系管理在各行各业都发展成为重要的服务,比如金融业的贵宾理财,以
