上海亚美电子技术研究所成立于1989年5月,其前身是上海无线电二十六厂设计科。上海无线电二十六厂是生产微波测量仪器的专业厂,它的前身是亚美电器厂,创建于1924年,至今已有六十多年的历史,是机械电子工业部骨干厂。其设计科长期从事微波电子测量仪器的设计开发工作,主要研究、设计领域有:全景频谱分析仪、微波网络分析仪、功率计、信号发生器,扫频信号发生器、波导同轴元件、广播电视测试设备,频率、电压、波形参数等测量仪器,稳压电源,微波电路及CAD、CATV设计、各种标准仪器机箱、机柜设计等。其中频谱分析仪、程控扫频信号发生器等多项产品已达国际和国内先进水平,多次获得
