6月23日,国内首个客车制造企业联合采购体在上海宣告诞生,预计今年第四季度开始试运转。这一联合采购体由上海巴士集团发起组建。郑州宇通客车股份有限公司、厦门金龙汽车集团股份有限公司、上海申沃客车有限公司和上海万象(大宇)汽车制造有限公司,签约成为联合采购体的首批成员。此次参与组建联合采购体的客车企业成员将以会员制形式加入APEP(上海车辆物资采购网),实行联合招标、网上采购。联合采购体各成员派专家组成专业委员会,对所需零部件进行选择,合并采购需求,然后公开招标,确定供应商。有业内人士指出,这种采购方式的直接获益者是加入联合体的客车企业。组建联合采购体能够降低各企业的零配件采购成本,从而提升国内客车零配件供应商的管理水平与产品质
