目的建立饮用水和食品中十种重金属元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。方法食品样品采用微波消解法进行样品前处理,水样则加硝酸酸化处理;选用Li6、Sc45、Ge72、In115、Bi209作为内标元素。优化了仪器的条件及各项参数,考察了方法的分析性能指标。结果样品的加标回收率在92.4%~110.0%,精密度RSD值(n=6)在0.1%~6.1%,检出限(μg/L)分别为Be0.039、Cr0.011、Ni0.041、Cu0.117、Zn0.011、As0.016、Cd0.002、Hg0.001、Tl0.001、Pb0.015。结论所建立的方法准确、灵敏、快速、简便,完全可以满足对食品与饮水中十种重金属元素的分析要求。
Objective To establish an ICP-MS method for determination of ten heavy metals in drinking water and foodstuffs. Methods The food sample was pretreated by microwave digestion and the water sample was acidified by nitric acid. Li6, Sc45, Ge72, In115 and Bi209 were selected as internal standard elements. Optimized the conditions of the instrument and various parameters, investigated the method of analysis of performance indicators. Results The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 92.4% to 110.0%. The precision RSD values ranged from 0.1% to 6.1%. The detection limits (μg / L) were Be0.039, Cr0.011 and Ni0. 041, Cu0.117, Zn0.011, As0.016, Cd0.002, Hg0.001, Tl0.001, Pb0.015. Conclusion The established method is accurate, sensitive, rapid and simple and can meet the analytical requirements of ten heavy metal elements in food and drinking water.
