推行公务卡结算方式是深化和完善财政国库集中支付制度改革、建设廉洁高效阳光政府的需要。为贯彻落实2012国务院第五次廉政工作会议“关于扩大公务卡制度实施范围,今年年底前在各级政府及所属预算单位全面推行公务卡结算制度改革”精神和《财政部人民银行关于加快推进公务卡制度改革的通知》,海门市将推行公务卡结算方式改革纳入了当年必须完成的重点工作之一,并于2012年11月起在全市市直行政事业单位全面实施公务卡结算方式改革。
