凸轮轴一般用靠模夹具生产加工,然而用挂轮法加工,在我厂还数首次,它的试制成功,解决了我工厂一时配套之急。 现以1160凸轮轴为例,述其工作原理如下: 如图2所示,作者设计制做了专用加长装置,与分度头联接。定位块与表1、表2配合使用,保证凸轮轴的渐开线部分左右各点对称。 根据渐开线的形成原理,铣削渐开线凸轮是要使工件自身轴线回转的同时,沿着铣刀所在位置直线移动,这样,就能铣出渐开线凸轮来。
