利用双层辉光离子渗金属技术可在工业纯铁表面形成铁、钨、钼、钴时效合金。研究了形成这种合金的表面冶金工艺和渗层组织状态、渗层成分分布以及渗金属工艺参数改变对渗层厚度及渗层成分分布的影响。结果表明, 表层W, Mo , Co 含量可达到高Co 时效合金W11 Mo7Co23 的水平, Co 含量为18 % ~30 % , W 含量为7 % ~17 % , Mo 含量为5 % ~9 % 。
Using double glow ion infiltration metal technology can form iron, tungsten, molybdenum and cobalt aging alloy on the surface of industrial pure iron. The effects of the surface metallurgy and the microstructure of the infiltrated layer, the distribution of the infiltrated layer and the change of the infiltration process parameters on the thickness of the infiltrated layer and the distribution of the infiltrated layer were studied. The results show that the content of W, Mo and Co in the surface layer can reach the level of W11 Mo7Co23 with high Co, the content of Co is 18% ~ 30%, the content of W is 7% ~ 17% and the content of Mo is 5% ~ 9%.
