丝杠副是机床行业中的一种常用元件,它的传动误差除对一般机床外尤其对精密丝杠车床、螺纹磨床、丝杠座标镗床、长度刻线机等的加工精度有着密切关系。摸清丝杠副传动误差的组成部分,螺母对丝杠误差的补偿作用,求出丝杠副传动误差的变化曲线,对该类机床的精度提高,有一定指导意义和实用价值。本文以图解分析法对此作一些系统分析尝试。误差分析的基本假设为:
Screw pair is a commonly used component in the machine tool industry. Its transmission error is closely related to the machining accuracy of general purpose machine tools, especially for precision screw lathe, thread grinder, screw boring machine and length scribing machine. Find out the components of the transmission error of the lead screw, the compensation effect of the nut on the lead screw error, and find out the curve of the change of the lead screw transmission error.
