利用UG软件对离合器扭转减振器里的弹性元件变节距螺旋弹簧进行三维实体模型的建立,将建好的三维模型导入ANSYS中建立变节距弹簧的有限元分析模型,对单个弹簧有限元模型进行垂直刚度的分析计算,然后对用于扭转减振器后的扭转刚度进行分析计算,分别得到2条刚度曲线,并将这2种刚度与通过理论推导得到的曲线进行相应的比较。结果表明,变节距螺旋弹簧具有非线性弹性特性,且理论推导与有限元分析相契合,为变节距弹簧应用于离合器扭转减振器中实现多级变刚度提供了可靠的理论依据。
UG software was used to establish the three-dimensional solid model of the variable pitch helical spring in the clutch torsional vibration damper. The three-dimensional model was imported into the ANSYS to establish the finite element analysis model of the variable pitch spring. The single-spring finite element model Vertical stiffness analysis and calculation, and then for torsional vibration torsion stiffness after the analysis and calculation, respectively, obtained two stiffness curves, and these two kinds of stiffness and the curve derived by the theory of the corresponding comparison. The results show that the variable pitch helical spring has nonlinear elastic characteristics and the theoretical deduction is in accordance with the finite element analysis. The results provide a reliable theoretical basis for the variable pitch spring to be used in the torsional vibration damper of the clutch to realize the multi - grade variable stiffness.
