“学生是语文学习的主人,教师是学生学习的合作者、引导者和参考者。”教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的互动过程。阅读教学是学生、教师、文本之间对话的过程。所以,阅读是学生个性化行为,不应以教师的分析来代替学生的阅读实践,而应关注学生的个体差异和不同的学习需求,爱护学生的好奇心、求知欲,充分激发学生的主动意识和进取精神,倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。在教学过程中,教师应成为一个组织者和引导者,灵活运用“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,促进学生语文素质的全面提高,真正让学生爱学语文,会学语文。通过这种学习方式,关注学生,张扬个性,培养学生具有感受、理解、欣赏和评价的能力,从而全面提高全体学生的语文素质。
