本文结合某石化厂三台液化气球罐检测实例,分析了液化气球罐焊接延迟裂纹的成因,提出了减少和避免延迟裂纹形成和扩展的原则。
In this paper, with a case study of three LPG balloons in a petrochemical plant, the causes of the delayed welding crack in the LPG balloon tank are analyzed. The principle of reducing and avoiding the formation and propagation of delayed cracks is proposed.
