近年来,由于我国对于青少年的教育越来越重视,高考改革的发展以及高校办学规模的增加,随之而来出现的问题也越来越多,其中最严重的问题是在学校内关于学生安全问题的责任纠纷,由学生的伤害事故所引发的法律纠纷也是越来越多。本文我们就主要讲述一下在学校期间我们如何来判定在学生受到伤害后事故的责任方应该如何来确定,并形成一个完善的学生伤害事故保障体系,以维护学生和学校的合法权益。
