目的:对中央型前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血应用宫腔纱条填塞法治疗的临床效果进行探究。方法:抽取2011年6月~2014年6月在我院就诊的60例中央型前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血患者作为研究对象,对所有患者给予宫腔纱条填塞法治疗,进一步对患者填塞出血情况及临床治疗效果进行分析。结果 :60例采取宫腔纱条填塞法治疗的患者中,58例治疗成功,成功率为95.00%;其余2例治疗失败,进一步采取子宫切除术救治成功。患者出血量越少,采取宫腔纱条填塞法治疗效果越显著,两者之间存在明显差异(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论 :对于中央型前置胎盘剖宫产术中大出血,给予宫腔纱条填塞法治疗效果显著,具有安全可靠的优势,能够提高手术治疗的成功率;因此,值得在临床中推广及使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of intrauterine sliver gauze packing in treating massive bleeding in cesarean section of central placenta previa. Methods: From June 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of central placenta previa in patients with bleeding in cesarean section as a research object, all patients given intrauterine sliver tamponade treatment, and further patients Infusion and clinical treatment of bleeding effects were analyzed. Results: Of the 60 patients treated with uterine gauze packing method, 58 cases were successfully treated with a success rate of 95.00%. The remaining 2 cases failed to be treated and the hysterectomy was further successful. Patients with less bleeding, the treatment of uterine sliver packing effect is more significant, there was a significant difference between the two (P <0.05), with statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: For the massive bleeding in cesarean section of central placenta previa, the treatment with intrauterine sliver gauze packing is effective, safe and reliable, which can improve the success rate of surgical treatment. Therefore, it is worth to be popularized and used clinically.
