学生行为考核是班级个人业绩管理的重要内容之一,从单纯的教师主观评价到葡萄图管理的运用,学生行为考核向日常化、客观化、具体化、数字化和公开化迈进了一步。本文通过具体介绍了葡萄图管理学生个人行为考核的三个方法,并使用关键事件记录卡进行学生行为确认考核,评定结果可以直接与学生加入党团组织的考核、各种评优、奖学金评定、专升本等学生切身利益挂钩,从而更能激励优秀、鞭策落后,全面提高学生综合素质。
Student behavior assessment is one of the important contents of class personal performance management. From the simple subjective evaluation of teachers to the application of grape diagram management, student behavior assessment takes a step toward normalization, objectification, substantiation, digitization and openness. In this paper, we introduce three methods of grapes chart management students ’personal behavior assessment, and use the key event record card to confirm the students’ behaviors. The evaluation results can directly join the students in the assessment of the caucus organization, various assessment, scholarship assessment, And other students vital interests linked to better inspire excellence, spur lag, and comprehensively improve the overall quality of students.
