目前在齿轮生产的行业中,常会碰到内孔有键槽或花键槽的渗碳淬火齿轮。这种齿轮的键槽是很难切削的。现介绍我厂在实际生产中两种简便的方法,能可靠地解决这种齿轮的键槽难于切削的问题: 第一种:车去渗碳层方法操作程序如下: 1.金加工:一般齿轮的渗碳深度是0.6~1.2,加上渗碳区域的过渡层(约0.3~0.5)。所以渗碳前的精加工时,在齿轮内孔及孔口两端面上留有1.5~2mm的余量,见图1。 2.齿轮渗碳。 3.精加工车去碳渗层:把内孔及端面上的余量精车掉,使内孔、端面尺寸达到最终尺寸或工艺要求尺寸。精车装夹时要校正齿轮节圆及端面,使其跳动量规定在允许范围内(允跳公差是图纸要求形位公差
Currently in the gear production industry, often encounter a key hole or spline groove carburizing quenching gear. The keyway of this gear is hard to cut. Now I introduce two kinds of practical methods in our factory, which can reliably solve the problem that the keyway of this kind of gear is difficult to cut.
