制造中小型船舶时,主副机、舵机、锚机在船上安装过程中,有大量的螺钉孔要铰配。以往,我们是用风钻钻孔后再用铰刀一次次铰,直铰到孔达到要求为止。在铰孔过程中,每一把手用铰刀只能把孔铰大0.1mm,使用18英寸扳手。由于船舱中空间很小,工人在铰孔时很吃力,劳动强度大。1982年,我厂轮机车间根据中小型船舶制造的特点,设计制造了液压拉刀油缸及拉刀,经长期使用证明效果良好,孔表面粗糙度稳定在1.25μm以内。现将有关装置简介如下: 电机、油泵、油箱作为动力源,为拉刀油缸提供动力,溢流阀使油缸输出压力保持一定,三位四通手控阀控制油缸上升下降。以上零件组合在油箱上,三位四通阀与油缸用高压软管连接。
