近几年,我省田藕栽培面积达80万亩以上。但由于目前不少农民缺乏田藕采收贮藏及藕粉加工技术,因而影响了稻田种藕的经济效益。为此,笔者总结了5位老农的栽藕经验。现将他们的经验综合整理如下。一、田藕采收适期。田藕过早采收会影响产量,过迟采收会影响品质,采收适期应根据不同食用要求和不同苗情来确定。 1.花香藕刚定型的新藕叫花香藕,其淀粉含量极少,具有新鲜甜嫩的特点,生食味佳可口,花香藕在全田底层叶黄绿色,中层叶深绿色,上层叶(包括终止叶)全部定型,群体中无
