冠状动脉CT联合心肌灌注显像( MPI)对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的诊断,既有解剖学依据同时也从心肌灌注层面提供证据,在冠心病临床诊断中已有应用。但采用该技术进行冠心病等危症患者冠心病筛查的公开报道较少。冠状动脉CT与MPI相结合可更全面地从无创性检测方面了解冠状动脉血管病变情况,为冠心病患者的早期筛查、危险分层、预后及治疗提供有力的依据。“,”The diagnosis of coronary CT angiography combined with myocardial perfusion imaging ( MPI) for coronary heart disease,which provides not only anatomical basis but also myocardial perfusion level evi-dence,has already been applied in clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease ,but it is less used in the early screening for the patients with coronary heart disease risk equivalents .The combination of the two kinds of diagnostic technologies enables more thorough understanding of the coronary vascular lesions by noninvasive detection and provides a strong basis for the early screening , risk stratification , prognosis and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.
