全膝关节置换术（TKA）是治疗骨性关节炎最为有效的方式之一，已使数百万膝关节骨性关节炎患者的生活质量显著提高。后交叉韧带保留型（ CR）全膝关节置换（ CR－TKA）患者，在手术中的一些技术细节、手术步骤及术后康复锻炼等方面还存在一些问题。该文从后方稳定型（ PS）假体与CR假体的选择、止血带的应用、髌骨置换及术后否需要使用持续被动运动进行康复锻炼等方面对现阶段CR－TKA患者围术期常见问题研究进展进行综述。“,”Total knee arthroplasty(TKA) has been regarded as one of the most effective surgery approa-ches for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee .It has significantly improved the quality of life of millions of patients.To the cruciate-retaining TKA patients,some technical details,there are still some problems con-cerning the surgical procedure and the rehabilitation .Here is to make a review of the advancement of the common problems in the perioperative period of cruciate-retaining( CR)-TKA,such as the choice of posterior-stabilized (PS) or CR prosthesis,application of tourniquet during operation, patellar resurfacing,and if con-tinuous passive motion is needed for their post-surgery rehabilitation.
