本文通过石家庄市区三个观察点8894名(青少年7892,成人1002)定居五年以上居民的健康检查和各点污染情况的调查,对石家庄市区的环境质量对居民健康的影响作了分析,并用加权评分法以健康指数试行了综合评价。从临床检查、青少年的生长发育、各项化验分析等结果来看,各点居民的健康状况和其环境质量是密切相关的。公园点环境质量属清洁区,居民健康状况属良;华药点属轻污染区,居民健康状况属可、焦化厂点属重污染区,居民健康状况属差。这提示了石家庄市虽是一新兴的中等轻工业城市,但随着工业的发展,城市人口的集中,环境污染对居民健康已产生了不利的作用,应引起各级有关部门的重视,并采取相应防治措施。
In this paper, we investigated the health check-ups and pollution at each point in 8894 residents (7892 adolescents and 1002 adults) in Shijiazhuang urban area, analyzed the impact of environmental quality on residents’ health in Shijiazhuang city, We also conducted a comprehensive evaluation on the health index using weighted scoring method. From the clinical examination, adolescent growth and development, the results of various laboratory tests and other results point of view, the health status of residents at each point and its environmental quality are closely related. The environmental quality in the park is a clean area, and the residents’ health status is good. The Chinese medicine point is a lightly-polluted area, the residents’ health status is acceptable, the coking plant site is heavily polluted, and the residents’ health status is poor. This suggests that although Shijiazhuang is an emerging medium-light industrial city, with the development of industry and the concentration of urban population, environmental pollution has had an unfavorable effect on the health of residents and should be given the attention of relevant departments at all levels and taken accordingly Prevention.
