随着经济的发展,职工的思想观念发生了深刻的变化,给企业思想政治工作带来新的挑战,本人对职工思想状况进行了分析同时对几点创新的方法进行了论述。
With economic development, profound changes have taken place in the ideology and concepts of staff and workers, bringing new challenges to the ideological and political work of the enterprise. I have analyzed the ideological conditions of staff and workers and discussed some innovative methods at the same time.
