患者女,38岁,汉族,原籍河南太康,19岁来疆,住阿勒泰城郊,无固定职业。左眼眶出现包块1年,近半月来增大,伴胀痒不适,于1994年1月11日以“左眼眶骨瘤”收住院。1年前曾陪丈夫去广州作生意。查体:一般情况可,全身各系统无阳性体征。眼科检查:左眼视力1.5,眼眶内上方有一桃核大小的椭圆形包块,局部皮肤隆起,色泽近于正常,质地较硬,边缘欠清晰,活动度差,无触痛,无波动。实验室检查:血红蛋白110g/L,白细胞3.4×10~9/L,中性0.53,淋巴0.47,血小板125×10~9/L,出血时间1min,凝血时间1min。尿常规(-)。粪便常规(-)。
