本文用扫描电镜观察了兔肺泡巨噬细胞对石英、石棉粉尘吞噬作用及其膜变化特点。结果表明,AM有强大的吞噬功能。在吞噬过程中,伪足反应活跃,胞膜变化明显,濒死前细胞主要表现膜皱摺疏密不均,出现气泡样结构,最后皱摺消失,膜呈光滑均质,伪足消失。石棉引起的生物膜变化较迟,死亡出现也较晚。根据研究结果,讨论了二种粉尘对生物膜作用的机制,为探讨尘肺防治措施提供科学依据。
In this paper, scanning electron microscopy of rabbit alveolar macrophages on quartz, asbestos dust phagocytosis and membrane characteristics. The results show that AM has a strong phagocytic function. During phagocytosis, the pseudopods reacted actively and the cell membrane changed obviously. Before dying, the cells mainly showed uneven folds and densities, bubbles-like structure appeared, and finally the folds disappeared. The membrane was smooth and homogeneous and the pseudopods disappeared. Asbestos-induced biofilm changes later, the death appears later. According to the results of the study, the mechanism of action of two kinds of dust on biofilm was discussed, which provided a scientific basis for exploring the prevention and control measures of pneumoconiosis.
