曼氏迭宫绦虫幼虫裂又蚴感染人体,在我国和东南亚一带相当普遍。但目前尚缺乏快速简便的诊断方法。作者用手术方法在小白鼠腹部皮下腹膜外埋入活的裂又蚴,产生抗体后,再用EUSA法检测小白鼠曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴抗体。用此种方法感染小白鼠和自然情况下人类感染曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴有一定相似之处,因人类亦大多从皮肤伤口处感染裂头蚴,故所建立的动物模型及检测的抗体,可为临床诊断曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴病提供参考。 1 材料和方法
