现代企业面临着不断变化的外部环境、加速提高现代企业财务人员综合素质已经成为现代企业的的核心内容,作为现代企业,其财务人员的综合素质还不能满足需要。本文拟通过对企业财务人员综合素质不高的原因进行探讨,并提出相关对策。
Modern enterprises are faced with the constantly changing external environment. Accelerating the overall quality of modern financial personnel has become the core of modern enterprises. As a modern enterprise, the overall quality of its financial staff can not meet the needs. This paper intends to explore the reasons why the overall quality of corporate finance staff is not high, and proposes relevant countermeasures.
