科学的科技人才评价是人才工作的重要内容,是激发人才创新创业能力的重要手段。本文结合江苏省科技人才评价工作现状,认为江苏省科技人才评价体系中存在评价主体错位、评价过程不科学、评价结果应用效率低等问题,并从推进人才评价社会化发展、建立分类评价机制、探索有效的评价指标体系、推行公开透明的评价过程等方面提出了具体建议。
Scientific evaluation of scientific and technological personnel is an important part of the work of personnel, is an important means to stimulate talent innovation and entrepreneurship. Based on the status quo of evaluation of science and technology personnel in Jiangsu Province, this paper holds that there are problems such as dislocation of evaluation body, unscientific evaluation process and low efficiency of application of evaluation results in evaluation system of science and technology personnel in Jiangsu Province. From the perspective of promoting social development of talent evaluation and establishing classification evaluation system, Explore effective evaluation index system, and implement an open and transparent evaluation process and put forward specific suggestions.
