最近,美国流行一种“边做边学”的训练课程,是专门针对企业内部的高级主管设计的。这套课程的构想源起于“经验是最好的指导者”,因此特别强调实际操作部分,以取代传统过于理论的教授方式。根据波士顿大学教授莱礼的研究显示,边做边学至少有下列几个优点: 1.将学习经验转换至实际操作上。边做边学讲究的是方法应用。换言之,执行阶段的经验,是训练重点之所在。
Recently, the United States popularized a “learning by doing” training course designed specifically for senior executives within the company. The concept of this course originated from “experience is the best mentors”, so the actual operation part was especially emphasized to replace the traditional over-theory teaching method. According to the research of Boston University professor Raleigh, there are at least the following advantages to learning by doing: 1. Transfer learning experience to actual operation. It is the application of methods to learn by doing. In other words, experience in the implementation phase is where the training focuses.
