目的：本研究旨在评价头孢噻肟治疗下呼吸道感染的经济学效果。方法：对头袍噻肟与对照药物治疗７８例下呼吸道感染病人的成本一效果进行分析。结果：头孢噻肟和对照药物治疗下呼吸道感染的效果基本相同，没有显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），药物治疗成本之间存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：与头孢噻肟相比，对照药物治疗下呼吸道感染的成本一效果较好。
Purpose: This study was designed to evaluate the economic efficacy of cefotaxime in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections. Methods: The cost-effectiveness analysis of 78 patients with lower respiratory tract infection in the coats of headdress and the control drug was analyzed. Results: The efficacy of cefotaxime was lower than that of the control drug in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference in the cost of medication (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Compared with cefotaxime, the cost of the control drug in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections is better.
