随着我国教育事业的发展,高等职业教育要保证学生在能够学到一门技术的同时,让学生的职业发展具有一定的可持续性。这要求学校要特别注重学生的职业素养的培养。职业素养包含了显性职业素养和隐性职业素养两个方面。目前,用人单位对员工的隐性职业素养有着高标准、高要求。因此,学校必须通过一定的培养模式来提高高职学生的隐性职业素养。另外,在日常的教学活动中,学校应采取措施来对学生的隐性职业素养进行量化评价,从各方面加强对于学生的隐性职业素养的培养。
With the development of education in our country, higher vocational education should ensure that students can acquire a certain degree of technology and at the same time, make their career development more sustainable. This requires schools to pay special attention to the cultivation of students’ professionalism. Vocational accomplishment contains both dominant and recessive professional qualities. At present, the employer has a high standard and high requirement on the hidden professionalism of employees. Therefore, the school must through certain training mode to improve the recessive professionalism of vocational students. In addition, in daily teaching activities, schools should take measures to quantify students’ implicit occupational qualifications and strengthen the cultivation of implicit professional qualifications of students from all aspects.
