近日,重庆市政府出台新举措,帮助返乡农民工再次找饭碗。重庆市对受金融危机影响较大,生产经营困难的市内企业,给予金融信贷、税收减免、社会保险补贴、岗位补贴、培训补贴等政策扶持,帮助其渡过难关。对生产经营难以为继的企业,将引导其与农民工进行协商,采取适当缩短工时、组织培训等措施稳定就业岗位,避免出现大规模裁员。
Recently, the Chongqing municipal government introduced new measures to help migrant workers return home to find a job again. Chongqing Municipality has given policy support to financial institutions such as financial lending, tax relief, social insurance subsidies, job subsidies and training subsidies to those municipal enterprises that are greatly affected by the financial crisis and have difficulty in production and operation so as to help them to weather the storm. Enterprises that are unsustainable in production and operation will guide them to consult with migrant workers and take appropriate measures to shorten working hours and organize training so as to stabilize employment and avoid massive lay-offs.
