双金属复合管感应加热弯管由复合管经中频感应加热成形,复合弯管的基层由碳钢或者低合金钢构成,覆层由镍基合金构成。通过热轧复合和堆焊复合热煨弯管成形试验,确定了成形后的双金属复合管热煨弯管的理化性能,抗腐蚀性能等。通过对覆层材料显微组织分析,掌握了镍基合金在调质和回火状态下的组织变化规律。
