目的筛选当归补血的有效部位并探讨模糊物元模型在当归不同提取部位补血效果综合评价中的应用。方法按照体重将昆明随机分为10组:正常组,模型组,阳性对照组(复方阿胶浆),实验组(部位1-7),每组10只。用环磷酰胺(CTX)与乙酰苯肼(APH)合用建立小鼠血虚模型。以外周血常规、胸腺(TI)及脾指数(SI)为检测指标,观察当归不同提取部位的补血效果;用基于变异系数权重的模糊物元模型,对补血的效果进行综合评价。结果与模型组的TI、SI、红细胞(RBC)计数、血小板(PLT)计数、红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白(HGB)含量、白细胞(WBC)计数分别为(7.70±1.81)×10~(-2),(56.90±12.23)×10~(-2),8.44±1.59,1453.10±102.50,56.54±6.69,170.00±26.39,2.10±0.49相比较,70%乙醇浸渍部位(部位2)的TI,SI,RBC,PLT,HCT,HGB,WBC分别为0.10±2.66×10~(-2),(33.83±8.97)×10~(-2),11.94±2.07,1749.60±211.50,55.53±9.42,55.53±9.42,2.60±0.47,部位2小鼠的这7个指标减小,其中SI、RBC、PLT、HCT、WBC差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.001)。部位1和部位2相比较,各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在部位1-7中,反映补血总效应的最大贴进度值为0.50(部位2),大于0.40(部位1)。结论 70%乙醇浸渍部位为当归补血的有效部位;基于变异系数权重的模糊物元模型可客观、准确的评价当归不同提取部位补血的综合效果。
Objective To screen the effective parts of Angelica sinensis blood and explore the application of fuzzy matter-element model in the comprehensive evaluation of the effect of blood enrichment on different parts of Angelica sinensis. Methods According to body weight, Kunming was randomly divided into 10 groups: normal group, model group, positive control group (compound gelatin), experimental group (parts 1-7), 10 rats in each group. Mouse blood deficiency model was established by using cyclophosphamide (CTX) in combination with acetophenhydrazine (APH). Peripheral blood routine, thymus (TI) and spleen index (SI) were used as indexes to observe the effect of blood enrichment on different parts of Angelica sinensis. The fuzzy matter-element model based on the coefficient of variation coefficient was used to evaluate the effect of blood enrichment. Results The counts of TI, SI, RBC, PLT, HCT, HGB and WBC in the model group were (7.70 ± 1.81) × 10 ~ TI at 70% ethanol impregnation site (site 2) compared to (56.90 ± 12.23) × 10 -2, 8.44 ± 1.59, 1453.10 ± 102.50, 56.54 ± 6.69, 170.00 ± 26.39, 2.10 ± 0.49 , SI, RBC, PLT, HCT, HGB and WBC were 0.10 ± 2.66 × 10 -2, 33.83 ± 8.97 × 10 -2, 11.94 ± 2.07, 1749.60 ± 211.50, 55.53 ± 9.42, 55.53 ± 9.42 and 2.60 ± 0.47, respectively. There were significant differences in SI, RBC, PLT, HCT and WBC between the two groups (P <0.05 or P <0.001). There was no significant difference in each index between site 1 and site 2 (P> 0.05). In Sites 1-7, the maximum addendum value reflecting the total effect of blood enrichment was 0.50 (site 2), greater than 0.40 (site 1). Conclusion The 70% ethanol-impregnated part is an effective part of Danggui hematopoiesis. The fuzzy matter-element model based on the weight coefficient of variation coefficient can objectively and accurately evaluate the comprehensive effect of blood extraction from different parts of Angelica sinensis.
