黄曲霉毒素为黄曲霉的毒性代谢产物,为已知的最强的致癌原之一。热带地区的流行病学调查已显示出居民中原发性肝癌高发可能与摄入污染食品有关。本文报告一例肺腺瘤可能与吸入黄曲霉毒素有关。病例:一化学机械师68岁,做了三个月污染黄曲霉的花生并粕的消毒工作。此工作结束后三个月生病,有高烧并且咳出浓白痰。X线检查左肺下叶有空洞。
Aflatoxins are toxic metabolites of Aspergillus flavus, one of the strongest carcinogens known. Epidemiological investigations in the tropics have shown that residents with high incidence of primary liver cancer may be associated with ingestion of contaminated food. This article reports a case of lung adenoma may be related to aflatoxin ingestion. Case: A chemical mechanist 68 years old, disinfected peanut meal contaminated with Aspergillus flavus for three months. Three months after the end of the work, he became sick and had a high fever and coughing out thick white sputum. X-ray examination of the left lobe of the left lobe.
