进入90年代以来,在省委、省政府强有力的领导下,河北水利建设有了很大发展。但是我省的水利建设、管理和改革任务十分繁重。今后重点是要抓好水利工程、水利经济、水利队伍“三大建设”。 (一)搞好水利工程建设 全省要以引黄、引江、桃林口水库三大重点工程建设为龙头,以农田水利建设为重点,搞好现有工程的配套加固和“节、打、蓄、引”工程建设。
