采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法对花生属过氧化物酶同工酶进行测定分析,结果表明,种间的酶带在数目、迁移率和酶活性存在很大的差异,这些差异可作为鉴别花生属种间遗传差异的生理生化指标。从酶谱上反映出B_6带是花生属的特征带,花生区组与三籽粒区组的亲缘关系较近,而直立区组较远。栽培种与花生区组亲缘关系最近,直立区组最远。在花生区组中,Arachis montcola与栽培种血缘关系最近,A.batizocoi最远。
Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis was used to analyze the peroxidase isozyme of peanut. The results showed that there were great differences in the number, mobility and enzyme activity among the isozyme bands. These differences could be used to identify peanut Physiological and biochemical indices of genetic differences among genus species. From the zymogram, the B6 belonged to the peanut genus, and the peanut group was more closely related to the three-seed group than the eucalyptus group. Cultivars are closely related to peanut groups and are the furthest in upright areas. In the peanut block, Arachis montcola has the closest bloodline to cultivated species and A. batizocoi is the furthest.
