隐源性致纤维化肺泡炎(CFA)是近年来呼吸界热点研讨的课题之一。其诊断依据中,胸部X线检查是不可缺少的,而且往往是最先得到的诊断线索。我院1981～1996年收治CFA44例,现将其胸部X线表现分析如下。
