某勘探公司为了提高会计报表质量,开展了年终财务决算报表评比活动。开展年终报表评比的确可以引起有关人员对会计报表的重视,增强责任感,在一定程度上避免了以往的混乱现象。但是,也有一些问题需要进一步加以解决。例如,这个公司有14个基层单位,每次评比的范围只限于其中8个基层队,其余6个单位如职工学校、供应站等基本上不在评比之列。就是那8个基层队,有的队400多人,有的队800多人;大队的事情多,往往暴露的问题也较多,因此,优胜者往往集中在小型队上,8个队分布在全省各地,地理条件好的队会计
