目的比较分析垫式舌侧矫治器和混合式直丝弓矫治器矫治假性前牙反的疗效。方法应用垫式舌侧矫治器和混合式直丝弓矫治器各治疗前牙牙性反或功能性反患者30例,统计两组病例主动治疗时间和反解除时间,治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片进行头影测量分析,并对软硬组织变化情况进行配对t检验。结果垫式舌侧矫治器治疗前牙反时反解除平均时间比混合式直丝弓矫治器治疗前牙反时反解除的平均时间短,主动治疗时间则较长。两组病例治疗前后其上下前牙牙轴及上下唇软组织都有显著变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组病例矫治后患者的上颌软硬组织突度都有增加,下颌软硬组织突度都有减小,侧貌都得到明显改善。结论垫式舌侧矫治器也是治疗前牙反的有效方法。
Objective To compare and analyze the curative effect of pad-type lingual appliance and mixed-type appliance on treating false anterior teeth. Methods Thirty patients with anterior teeth anti-tonic or functional anti-thymus were treated with the pad-type lingual appliance and mixed straight-wire appliances respectively. The active treatment time and anti-lifting time were recorded in both groups before and after treatment Cephalometrical analysis, and changes in the soft and hard tissue paired t test. Results The average time of anti-tibial anti-anti-lift anterior mandibular appliance in treatment of anterior lingual appliance was shorter than that of the mixed appliance of straight-wire appliance in treating anterior tibialis anterior tibialis. The active treatment time was longer. Before and after treatment, the dental arch and the soft tissues of upper and lower anterior teeth of upper and lower anterior teeth of both groups had significant changes (P <0.05). Patients in both groups after correction of the maxillary soft and hard tissue were increased in the degree of protrusion, mandibular soft and hard tissue were reduced in intensity, the profile has been significantly improved. Conclusion pad tongue appliance is also an effective method for the treatment of anterior crossbite.
