经过数年的艰难谈判,我国终于成为世界贸易组织成员,这标志着中国经济已融入了世界经济的主流。加入了WTO,即是我国经产发展的机遇,更是对国人的思想理念、思维方式和行为规范的挑战,面对国际经济秩序和新的“游戏”规则,机关干部们在想什么?最近笔者对部分机关干部进行了调查,发现他们对“入世”的态度反应不一。各有所思,各有所动,情态万种,不一而足。具体说来主要有以下几种心态。 一、厉兵（?）马 许多机关干部听到我国加入了WTO的消息,顿感欢欣和振奋。他们想,经历了13年漫长的“入世”谈判。如会能如愿以偿,这充分表明了我国综合实力得到了全世界的认可,作为一名机关干部无不感到自豪和骄傲。他们认为,“入世”就意味着政府行为
