老年人多有脑血管硬化,且常患有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等易影响脑血循环与代谢的疾病,一旦发生房颤,随心排出量减少脑血灌流量亦下降,便会出现种种缺血性脑血管病。现将我院收治的因房颤发生的脑血管病45例作临床分析。 患者中男多于女,年龄在70岁以上的有32例(71％),病前有高血压者20例,糖尿病6例,同时有高血压和糖尿病者4例。大部分病人在发病前
