目前评价药物疗效大多是用一些模糊语言,如显效、有效、无效。也有使用病情好转、不变、恶化等,这样使评价药物疗效具有一定的模糊性。模糊数学自1965年问世以来,发展很快,它为模式识別、人工智能、信息检索和生物医学等方面提供了新的数学描述语言和工具。本文试图应用这一新的数学工具使评价药物疗效定量化,更加具体确切一些。方法与结论一、一级模型现以药物异丙托溴铵雾化吸入平喘效果和宫血灵治疗功能性子宫出血为例阐明应用模糊数学中一级模型进行评判。
The current evaluation of drug efficacy are mostly vague language, such as markedly effective, effective and ineffective. Also use the condition improved, unchanged, worse, so that evaluation of drug efficacy has a certain degree of ambiguity. Since the advent of fuzzy mathematics in 1965, the rapid development has provided new mathematical description languages and tools for pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, information retrieval and biomedicine. This article attempts to use this new mathematical tool to quantify the effects of drug evaluation, more specific and precise. Methods and Conclusions First, the first-level model is the use of ipratropium aerosol inhalation asthma and the effect of Gongshen Ling treatment of functional uterine bleeding as an example to clarify the application of fuzzy mathematics in a model for evaluation.
