本文采用郭峰等在国内建立的红细胞C_3b受体花环试验和红细胞免疫复合物花环试验来检测红细胞免疫功能,对107例肺心病急性加重期患者及94例正常人进行检测,以探讨其红细胞的免疫功能。一、对象 107例肺心病急性加重期患者为92年3月～1992年8月住院治疗的患者,均符合1977年全国第二次肺心病会议制定的《慢性肺心病诊断标准》,其中男79例,女28例,年龄22～83岁,平均57岁。94例健康人均经过体检,其中男55例,女39例。二、方法
